Ephesians 1:20, "Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places"
God raised the Lord Jesus from the dead. After his resurrection the Lord Jesus ascended back to heaven, and is now set at the right hand of God the Father in heavenly places.
The Bible teaches us that just as Jesus was raised up and seated in the heavenly places so also those who are in Christ are raised up and made to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:4-7
Heavenly Father, thank you for raising us up and seating us together with the Lord Jesus in heavenly places. Lord, I look forward to the fulfillment of this truth in your word. I pray Lord that I may walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. In Jesus name. Amen.
